Hazard: Multiple small parts can be detached under forces of up to 74N, less than the prescribed minimum limit of 90N. These small parts could be swallowed by a child which presents a serious risk of choking. The product also contained a pull cord with a length of 610mm, in excess of the maximum limit of 300mm, presenting a risk of strangulation. The cord also contains a sphere at the end which could allow the cord to tangle.

Corrective Action: The product has been recalled from end users.
