Hazard: This product poses a serious risk of choking as small parts can be produced if the product is dropped or placed under tension at 17N. If small parts are created, a young child may place the part in their mouth and choke. When tested in accordance with the impact test, the toy’s wheel broke and presented a sharp point, which may cause injuries.

Corrective Action: The product has been recalled from end users.
