Hazard: This product poses a serious risk of choking as when tested according to the tension test, the glued elements detached at forces between 10 N and 15 N and fit entirely within the Small Parts Cylinder. When tested according to impact test, the wooden rings broke releasing elements which also fit entirely within the Small Parts Cylinder.
Corrective Action: The product has been recalled from end users.
