Hazard: The product presents a serious risk of electric shock as the product does not meet the expected mechanical requirements, as screws that make an electrical connection were not locked against loosening. The product also did not meet the dimensional requirements relating to B22 type caps, and there was possible access to live parts which poses an electric shock hazard to users.
Corrective Action: Stop using the product immediately and contact the distributor you purchased from to request redress. AliExpress removed the product listing from its platform.
