Hazard: If the bath is fitted incorrectly to the stand, there is a risk that the baby in the bath could fall from a height. Shnuggle have designed an additional safety strap that can be fitted to the bath to prevent this risk.
Corrective Action: The company has issued a notice on their website and contacted all their retailers. A safety strap has been developed and provided to customers free of charge along with fitting instructions. Additional warning symbols have been placed on the product to highlight the need for the bath to be fitted correctly, and additional warnings have been added to instructions for use.
