Hazard: The product presents a serious risk of fire due to the poor construction design. The plug supplied is fitted with a fuse which has been altered and does not provide sufficient protection. As a result, a power surge may occur, causing the plug to explode. Due to the length of the cable the consumer may be near the explosion and may receive burns.
Corrective Action: Destruction of the product.
