Hazard: The CNC lathes do not have interlocked access panels/doors and bar feed opening is not guarded. This means that access to the inside of the lathe whilst the parts are moving is possible and contact with these moving parts of machinery could result in injury. The lathes were not CE marked and were not accompanied by a Declaration of Conformity.
Corrective Action: The product has been voluntarily withdrawn from the market and the responsible person instructed to contact persons supplied with revisions of information.
