Hazard: The product presents a risk of burns as the flexible lead had not been correctly fitted with a standard plug. When tested, it was found that the lengths of the live and neutral pins were too short. The fuse also did not comply with BS1362, and the sample had not been accompanied by adequate instructions and safety information in a language easily understood by consumers and other end-users.
