Hazard: The product presents a high risk of electric shock as overuse of the product can cause the live internal wire to detach as it is not mechanically secured. If the live wire contacts the low voltage circuitry and DC Jack, it will present a risk of electric shock to the consumer if they were to touch it. The sample had not been accompanied by adequate instructions and safety information in a language easily understood by consumers and other end-users.
