Hazard: The product presents a high risk of choking as small parts can be easily produced if the rattle is used and sucked, as the bell rattle bottom may detach and release the small wooden loops of the rattle. A young child may place the small part in their mouth and the parents/carers may not notice in time, with the small part able to block a child’s airways.
Corrective Action: OPSS is requiring the recall of the product from end users.
