Hazard: The product has been identified as presenting a high risk of choking as the gold chain, foam pad and glasses are small parts as received. Small parts can easily be produced from the propellor and clasp on the helmet. A young child may put a small part in its mouth and the parents may notice in time, so the small part can block the child’s airways and cause the child to choke.
Corrective Action: OPSS are requiring the recall of the product from end users. The listing has been removed by the online marketplace (Amazon).
