Hazard: The product presents a serious risk of injuries as the nylon insert nuts in the hinges are not correctly fitted to stop the step parts from accidental loosening. Therefore, it is possible it could give way whilst the consumer is using it, causing them injuries from the fall.
Corrective Action: The import has been rejected at the border and product has been destroyed.
