Hazard: The product presents a high risk of electric shock as it is not adequately earthed due to the clamping means not being adequately secured against loosening. This coupled with contact surfaces being made of conductive metal, and the instructions being inadequate for correct installation, could lead to the user installing the light incorrectly with it becoming live with mains voltage and causing an electric shock. The product was also missing required labelling, markings and documentation.
Corrective Action: The import has been rejected at the border.
