Hazard: The product presents a serious risk of cuts as the blade is accessible by hand from the side without the guards activating. The blade cover falls directly onto the blade and in operation is likely to break or shatter, and the opposite spindle is always exposed. There was insufficient securing of wires internally to the product.
Corrective Action: The import has been rejected at the border and destroyed.
