Hazard: The black moulded plastic insulators covering the neutral banana jack terminals of the affected cables are brittle and may crack during the factory assembly process or through stresses expected from normal operation/reasonable use.
Corrective Action: Fluke has stopped shipping the affected cables and has informed distributors to stop selling the products with the affected cables and to return any units in their stock to Fluke for replacements.
