Hazard: The product was fitted with a plug socket which was unshuttered, presenting a hazard of electric shock under fault conditions. The product was also insufficiently earthed, the product failed the electrical strength test, and the transformer did not meet the requirements for creepage and clearance, which could present a hazard of electric shock, fire and explosion. Improvements are required to marking, labelling and documentation.
Corrective Action: The import has been rejected at the border and destroyed.
