Hazard: The product presents a high risk of electric shock as the base and cover on the bulb can be separated without tools to give access to live parts. If the user were to place the bulb into a light socket, and the cap of the light were to come off, the bulb inside would be live and exposed. If the user we’re to touch this, they would receive and electric shock. Some of the required documentation and markings were not present.
Corrective Action: The import has been rejected at the border and destroyed.
