Hazard: The product presents a serious risk of choking as during testing, both the zip on the dress and the sequin eyes on the eye mask detached before the minimum prescribed force could be applied. These detached components were found to fit entirely inside of a small parts cylinder and therefore pose a potential choking hazard for young children.
Corrective Action: The authority are requiring the recall of the product from end users.
