Hazard: The product presents a risk of electric shock as the cases of the AC adapter PA-10 may crack. The upper and lower cases were not properly welded due to the supplier’s ageing molds (uneven thickness caused by steel fatigue and friction) resulting in cracks. If the case were to crack while the product is in use, live parts are accessible and can lead to the user receiving an electric shock.
