Hazard: The product presents a risk of choking as during tension testing the two plastic eyes detached at forces less than the specified minimum of 90 N. The detached components fit entirely inside of small parts cylinder, therefore if a child were to place the plastic eyes in their mouth, they may choke.
Corrective Action: All goods were seized from the retail premises and the product has been recalled from end users.
