Hazard: This product presents a serious risk of injuries as the ladder is over 3m and does not come with a bar-type stabiliser or other device to make the base wider. This would mean that something else would have to be used to secure the ladder, making it more likely a consumer could fall from the full height of the ladder if not properly secured. If the ladder were to collapse while in use, the user could fall and receive serious injuries.
Corrective Action: The import has been rejected at the border and destroyed.
