Hazard: The product presents a serious risk of electric shock as the cord insulation is inadequate. The cord was found to be a parallel twin type cord, with only a single layer of PVC insulation. If the consumer were to use the lights outdoors as instructed, the cord could deteriorate in the sun causing the live wires to become exposed.
Corrective Action: The import has been rejected at the border and destroyed.
