Hazard: The adapter presents a risk of electric shock as it has been identified that it does not comply with the certification standard required in the UK and is an unsafe means of connection to the United Kingdom public electricity supply. The plug did not meet the dimensional requirements of BS 1363 and was not fitted with a fuse link as required by BS 1362. It was also possible to access live parts.
Corrective Action: The product has been recalled from end users.
