Hazard: The product presents a high risk of electric shock because the pins are too close to the periphery of the plug. The user may touch live pins when plugging in, or unplugging, the plug from the socket, and receive an electric shock. The transformer was also of a poor build quality as it did not meet the requirements of creepage and clearance.
Corrective Action: The import has been rejected at the border.
