Hazard: The product presents a serious risk of electric shock due to the plug pins being too close to the periphery of the plug. Users can access live parts when plugging in, or unplugging, the plug from the socket. Additionally, the earth pin is sheathed, so it does not contact the earth in the socket properly. The plug is a ‘clover-style’ plug, which provides insufficient protection against the risk of fire as it is inadequately earthed.
Corrective Action: The import has been rejected at the border and destroyed.
