Hazard: The product presents a high risk of fire as the plug fitted to the main supply cord is fitted with an unsafe fuse which does not meet the requirements of BS 1362. If the consumer were to use this power supply, an electric fault could occur and the fuse may explode. Additionally, the mains supply cord had excessive resistance.
Corrective Action: The import has been rejected at the border and destroyed.
